Exchange & Return Policy – Nounie’s

•⁠  ⁠Orders must be checked upon delivery while the courier is present.
•⁠  ⁠Exchanges or returns are only accepted at the door.
•⁠  ⁠Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
•⁠  ⁠Once the tag is removed, no exchange or return is allowed.
•⁠  ⁠After the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged.
•⁠  ⁠Only items that are damaged or incorrect at delivery can be reported immediately for exchange.
